Policy Statement
KingsGate School recognises its responsibility (under the Smokefree Environments and Regulated Products Act 1990) to provide a smoke-free environment (including e-cigarettes and vaping devices) for students/staff, and all personnel at the school, including visitors. Under this Act, the school recognises that the health and well-being of staff, students, and other school users may be negatively affected by smoking, and respects employees' right to a smoke-free environment.
