Policy Statement
The KingsGate School Board is committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of all individuals on school premises by adhering to the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 and the Education and Training Act 2020. 

All accidents and incidents involving harm will be promptly reported and thoroughly investigated to identify root causes and prevent recurrence. Investigations will address any deficiencies, with remedial actions implemented where necessary. 

All accident reporting and investigations will be conducted in accordance with KingsGate School's Procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable legal obligations and promoting a safe and supportive environment.
