The KingsGate School Board plays a vital role in guiding the strategic direction and governance of our school. Working in partnership with the Principal, the Board is responsible for ensuring that the school is well-managed, financially sustainable, and focused on providing the best possible outcomes for our students. Through prayerful leadership and thoughtful decision-making, the Board helps ensure that KingsGate School remains a place where faith and learning flourish together.

As an Area School, our Board includes elected parent representatives and a student representative, ensuring that both family and student voices are reflected in school governance. As a State-Integrated Christian School, the Board also includes Proprietor Representatives who are appointed to safeguard and promote the special Christian character of the school. This unique partnership helps ensure that KingsGate School remains faithful to its Christian foundations while meeting its obligations as a state-integrated school. Together, Board members bring a range of experiences, perspectives, and expertise, all united by a shared commitment to serving our school community and supporting the success of every learner.

2026 Meeting Calendar of Dates
All School Board meetings will start at 6:00 pm unless otherwise specified. All School Board meetings will take place in Kauri Tahi K2 at KingsGate School. If any member of the public wishes to request speaking rights at any board meeting, the request must be made to the Presiding Member via email at least 7 days prior to the meeting.
