Local Curriculum Subject Statements
At KingsGate School, every learning area is taught within the bigger story of God’s creation, redemption, and restoration. Our Local Curriculum Subject Statements help explain not only what students learn in each subject, but also why it matters from a Christian worldview. They provide a clear picture of how each learning area connects to God’s purposes for His world and our place within it. Through the lenses of Creation, The Fall, Redemption, and Renewal, students are encouraged to think deeply, ask meaningful questions, and see how their learning can be used to honour God, serve others, and contribute positively to society. These statements reflect our commitment to integrating faith and learning in authentic ways, helping students develop knowledge, wisdom, character, and a sense of calling as they grow into the people God created them to be.
