Policy Statement 
Professional development will enable School Board members to understand their roles and responsibilities better, and should enhance job satisfaction, leading to greater motivation and commitment to common school goals. The KingsGate School Board will promote professional development by example.

Purpose
Board members will stay up to date and well-informed about board processes and procedures.
