Policy Statement
In the event that the School Board receives a complaint regarding the Principal or determines that policy violations may have occurred, the School Board will consider whether this matter can be addressed informally, in accordance with the employment agreement provisions that apply to the Principal.
Where the School Board considers the degree and seriousness of the concern or violation(s) sufficient to warrant initiating a disciplinary or competency process, the School Board shall seek the support and advice in the first instance from an NZSTA adviser to ensure due process is followed.
