Policy Statement
In accordance with the requirements under the State Sector Amendment Act 2013, the Human Rights Act 1993, and the Privacy Act 2020, the KingsGate School Board recognises the need for equal opportunities in employment and supports the development and implementation of an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) programme. KingsGate School is committed to the goal of freedom from discrimination and recognises the need for an active approach to achieving equal opportunities in employment. 

Purpose
To ensure all employees will fit the current educational needs of our Special Character school, where employees must be able to embrace the full philosophy in our Charter and Mission Statement, Goals and Vision, which are a reflection of our community aspirations, whilst also advocating and supporting EEO.
