Annual Implementation Plan

Our Annual Implementation Plan (AIP) is the practical roadmap that brings our Strategic Plan to life each year. It identifies the key priorities, goals, and actions that will guide our work across teaching and learning, Christian special character, student wellbeing, people and culture, and school improvement. The AIP ensures that our decisions remain focused on what matters most for our students and community, providing clear direction, accountability, and measurable outcomes. By reviewing progress throughout the year, we are able to celebrate success, respond to emerging needs, and continually strengthen the quality of education and care we provide at KingsGate School.
