The Application Process

Please complete the online application thoroughly and honestly, ensuring all required documentation is uploaded.
Applications that are incomplete, missing required documentation, or contain insufficient information will not be processed and will be removed from the enrolment queue. Families wishing to proceed will need to submit a new, fully completed application.

• Birth Certificate or Passport
• Visa Documentation (if applicable)
• Two Most Recent School Reports (except New Entrants)
• Relevant reports or documentation relating to additional learning, behavioural, medical, emotional, or physical needs
• Pastor's Attestation Form
• NZCPT Form
• Direct Debit Form
• The NZCPT and Direct Debit forms must be uploaded with your application. Original signed copies must be brought to your enrolment interview if one is offered.

Confirmation of Enrolment
If your child is offered a place at KingsGate School, attendance dues must be paid one term in advance before enrolment can be finalised.2026 Attendance Dues (one term in advance): $539.50
Payment should be made to:

• New Zealand Christian Proprietors Trust (NZCPT)
• ASB Bank Account: 12-3107-0061704-05

Please use your child's surname, first name, and TIA as the payment reference. Enrolment will be confirmed once payment has been received and verified by NZCPT.
