Online Application For Acceptance

To start the process of your child's enrolment at KingsGate School, you are required to fill out the online "Application for Acceptance" form below. Please make sure you set aside a dedicated portion of time to fill out the application, as it does not allow you to come back and finish it later. Also, ensure you have digital copies of the following documents, as you will need to upload them at the end of the application.

• Required - A digital copy of your child's birth certificate or passport.
• If available - A digital copy of your child's last school report. 
• If applicable - A digital copy of your child's vaccinations.
• If applicable - A digital copy of any custodial documents.
• If applicable - A digital copy of your child's immigration visa, residency visa, or student visa .
• If applicable - A digital copy of any documents related to your child's learning needs e.g. RTLB reports or Educational Psychologist report.

You must also have the original completed NZCPT direct debit form and NZCPT Attendance Dues Form. These can be downloaded below. The original signed  copies of these two documents must be handed into the school before your child can start at KingsGate.

The Student Medical Form may be completed now as part of your child's application or upon your child's formal enrolment. However, an official start date cannot be given until it has been completed.
